Nothing short of amazing. Excellent communication and the workers on site were incredibly friendly, efficient and outstanding quality. Our Stratco patio is stunning. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Sue and the whole onsite team.
We were looking to install a remote operating Sun roof. We had previously had obtained quotes some 3 years earlier. We decided to go back to Ballarat Outdoor Solutions, because their price was competitive and used local trades people. They quickly re quoted, and. we were happy to proceed. The process was well managed with permits etc done and job completed within the agreed schedule. We more than satisfied with the finished product, to the point we then settled on them installing blinds, this was also completed on time and end product exceeding our expectation. A suggestion to expand our Deck is now on the Agenda, many thanks to Daryl, Sue and Kyle. We would commend them to any one. An update to our project undertaken for us by BallaratOutdoor Solutions, we have now had completed a 3rd Stage, by replacing and enlarging our deck, with a maintenance free material to make it easy to maintain. As with the first 2 stages, the quality of work, being completed as schedule was 1st class. Thanks once again to the team.
Incredibly happy with our experience with Ballarat Outdoor Solutions. Friendly team and went out of their way to make the process as stress free as possible. Hopefully the cold weather stops soon so we can get outside and enjoy the patio!
We are over the moon with our patio roof.
My experience with Ballarat Outdoor Solutions during the construction of my patio was highly positive. They demonstrated excellent communication skills during the planning and permit stage - making the process stress-free and seamless. The construction of my Patio was completed to an incredibly high standard and I am very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to update their backyard area.
Thanks to the Ballarat Outdoor Solutions team. Navigating the permits, lockdowns and installing our patio and decks. Great job and can’t wait for summer
Ballarat Outdoor Solutions remodeled our Pergola with a new 'Stratco" Patio & Ambient Blinds earlier in year. Could not be happier. Then just updated our garage door with a new modern timber look roller door. Sensational
