The lads attended to replace a section of plaster and then paint the ceiling in the dining/kitchen area. They were professional and respectful. Once complete, you wouldn't even know the ceiling had been damaged prior. Janelle was wonderful during the booking process as well. Thank you all
Very happy, arrived on time, excellent work, respectful and polite.
Work was communicated clearly and done quickly. Very happy with results
Top notch services from BBR! Damien was very professional and helpful whilst at our property. The work was completed to a very high standard and just as efficiently. I would highly recommend BBR to anyone needing any property maintenance done 👍🏼.
We couldn't be any happier with the service that we have been provided from our recent flood damage. Special mention to Jacob C from BBR, he was absolutely sensational, keeping us updated the whole way through and being so accomadating and respectful within our home. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BBR and Jacob C 🌟
Bendigo Building Repairs did a great job repairing my elderly mum’s ceiling after storm damage. Jacob was professional, respectful and easy to deal with, and the quality of his work was excellent. Janelle, who managed the project, was great to deal with also - she kept us informed and checked in regularly throughout. Highly recommend.
Just wanting to share my experience with BBR. After a recent kitchen fire at our nearly new home, I was devastated to see the damage.. From the moment the insurance company arranged to do the repairs, I was a bit sceptical it could be put back to the original state.. Jenelle, from BBR contacted me she could not have been more caring understanding and kind. Her lovely joyful calming attitude, eased my mind.. Then Damian the Supervisor met me at my home and went through absolutely everything with me to do with all the replacements and work needed. He was amazing didn’t rush, I felt so at ease.. He along with tradie Damien ( little Damian) he was amazing with his skilful work.. Then Owen the plumber was fabulous.. Marcus the tiler .. Omg he replaced all our herringbone splash back tiles perfectly.. I cannot praise everyone mentioned above enough.. You were all so kind and so easy to talk too.. Jenelle your joyful phone calls keeping us updated on the progress, what an absolute asset you all are to your company.. My husband and I feel blessed to have our kitchen back like new.. Thank you 🌸
