BWS Carpentry

We have had BWS complete two residential projects for us (a barn door and a pergola). Ben and his team are extremely professional (a rare commodity these days) and their work is to an exceptional standard.

I highly recommend BWS for deck construction. Communication was always excellent and friendly. They were speedy in the removal of the old deck, and removed all old material efficiently. The new deck was installed in an excellent amount of time and I am thrilled with it and the privacy screen that was installed. Ben gave good advice about how to re oil the deck in the future and the finished product looks professional, tidy and has become a lovely space. The BWS team works really well together and I have no hesitation in saying that they did a great job.

BWS Carpentry to deal with from start to finish. The job was done quickly, the workmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable carpenter!

Ben and his team arrived on time, investigated the problem (why a heavy sliding door wasn't sliding anymore), and set about fixing it. When done, I noticed a problem that they checked, explained what was causing it, and fixed quickly. A terrific team, very polite and helpful. I'd definitely use them again.

Ben is good to deal with and delivers very professional work. Very happy with the timber pergola.

Ben is a skilled and very professional carpenter. I was very very happy with the job he did for us on 9th June 2026. He is competitively priced too

Ben has done a number of jobs for us and we just can't rate him highly enough. His communication at all stages of the job is just as good as his workmanship. Nothing is too much trouble and he always has a solution to any issues that inevitably arise when working on older houses. We already have him booked in for another job and can't wait for him to work his magic for us again.
