Jacob (Jay) was exceptional to deal with from the very start. He responded to our quote request promptly; prepared a good initial indication and then provided an excellent quote after coming around to take photos and measure up. The detailed plan with clear good value pricing and a very useful graphic image was excellent. He then worked well with our electrical contractor to arrange scheduling and work out layouts. Jay then came on Saturday, so the electricians could disconnect and remove the kitchen appliance, do all the wiring and upgrade the circuits on Friday and come back on Tuesday to complete the installation. When he came he set all the appliances in place to make sure his work was spot on and my wife could check the height of the appliances. This was just as well as the top appliance was too high and he then worked out how to change the layout to reuse a pot drawers face as an infill panel and refit everything so it looks great. He even took away all the old appliances and some light fittings, which saved us a trip to the dump. The price for the additional work was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the result which has transformed our rather dated kitchen, and we have asked Jay to give us a plan and rough quote for the full cabinetry upgrade we will be doing in the next year or so. We couldn't recommend Jay more highly.

If you are looking for cabinetry ... look no further ! 'Fine Design Furniture' are rare these days in that they communicate well, turn up when they say they will, give fantastic advice and take absolute pride in what they do. Moreover they do it at a fair price. Our plan was to get a couple of quotes but after the initial contact with Carol & Crystal there really was no point. We knew they would deliver a superior product ... and they did. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

I am extremely happy with my new kitchen in my self-contained unit, designed and made by Fine Design Furniture. The quality, craftsmanship, and overall finish have exceeded my expectations. The Edamame personal colour cabinetry looks modern and elegant, and the 30% satin finish provides a beautiful, smooth appearance without being overly glossy. The crystal benchtops are a standout feature — they look stunning, feel very solid, and add a luxurious touch to the kitchen. The attention to detail is excellent, from the clean lines and joins to the smart layout that makes the space both functional and visually appealing. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to suit the unit perfectly, and the end result has completely transformed the space. I’m extremely impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Fine Design Furniture and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, custom kitchen.

I cant recommend Fine Design Furniture highly enough. From my very first interaction, through to job completion and follow up. The customer service was outstanding from every person I dealt with. The focus was always on the customer in terms of design and scheduling. Jay and his offsider who did the install arrived on time and took ever measure to ensure that our property was protected and that they left the house and work area spotless. Friendly, polite and so very skilled. Thrilled with our unit!

We recently had kitchen repairs carried out by Fine Design. While the internal cabinets were in excellent condition the clear film on the external laminate surfaces had degraded and was peeling through the effects of UV Light. Fine Design were approached and were the only firm willing to take on the job and quoted to replace all external panels. We chose to have the panels painted in white two pack paint to match door and drawer fronts which had originally (10 years prior) been two pack painted and has proved to be the most durable finish. The quality of the communication, painting and installation has been exceptional and a credit to the whole Fine Design Team. Further more, my wife is very pleased with the end result and you know what they say! "A happy wife is a happy life." Highly Recommended. Thanks Fine Design Furniture.

From start to finish this company was fantastic, listening to our needs, budget and gave great ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great and if things went wrong as we all know they can when building a new kitchen, they were there to sort it out and put things right. A big thank you to all the staff at fine design furniture for doing a great job. Loving my new kitchen.

We're so so happy with our shelving and cabinetry! It's the nicest part of our entire house now! Fine Designs have been wonderful to work with and the end result has blown us away. The quality is beautiful. I would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family.
