Patio World Mackay

Just had my carport installed and it's an absolute ripper!😀 Could not be more happy with the service and install. Patio word were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again guys love your work 😘

Went there to look at getting 2 patios done, prepared with photos and measurements, reception said they couldn’t help and waited for the salesman to get off the phone, no problem, he comes out and tells me he’s on a lunch break and to make it quick, what a joke, walked out, if they can’t treat you with decency at the start there is no way I would engage then to do anything.

Just had our back patio installed by patio world Mackay and couldn't be happier, big thankyou to John and the team at patio world everyone was pleasant, professional and went out of their way to please us. The project ran smooth and stress free from start to finish with the product being delivered on time, on budget. We where we'll informed of progress throughout the process, again couldn't be happier thanks guys job well done.

Very friendly staff. I had not idea what anything was called or what questions to ask. But John sat very patiently with me and answered all my stupid questions. When the roof of our patio went up I thought we had discussed a hight of 2.3m but it ended up being 2.7m. I thought it was to high. Explaining it to the boys ( who were fantastic, friendly and very good to my boys who were under their feet some of the time ) they were more than happy to change it, which was a massive job ( taking the whole thing down ) but I let it go and I'm really happy I did the extra hight makes it look so much more grand and spacious. Highly recommend Most of their products ( to the best of my knowledge) are made locally. Just wanna say thanks again to all the people at patio world mackay and everyone else that had a hand in making our backyard a nicer place to venture.

Great Service and Patio's - Highly Recommend Patio World Mackay-We had 1 x Patio (Refer Before and After photo below), 1 x Caravan carport and 1 x double carport build by Patio world Mackay. The guys went above and beyond with dealing with local council and planning, having to vary the design several times but in the end I got what I wanted. I had given up on the caravan carport but the patio world team came up with a plan, to get it passed by council. They also organised a local concreter (Holts Building) to do the patio area who I could not fault. The contractor's working for Mackay Patio World were great, completing all 3 structures in 2 weeks ( expected to take at least 3 weeks). The final approval passed first go, due to Patio World's quality inspector picking up several minor issues that were rectified very quickly. Thanks for all the work, I now have several usable area's to enjoy and protect our vehicles and caravan.

We recently had a patio roof installed by Patio World Mackay. From start to finish we couldn’t fault them. We were advised at all times exactly what was happening. They even had the contractor pull out one day before installation but still managed to get the job done. We can’t thank them enough for our fantastic new outdoor area. We were very happy with the cost as well. Sandy and Dave

The Patio World Mackay team have been wonderful from beginning to end. Super professional and always willing to help with any enquiry. The end result is perfect, exactly what we wanted - would highly recommend
