Picton Bros Panelspan

Picton Bros Panelspan was founded in 1992 by Les and Michael Picton. The company is family-run, now led by second-generation director Ben Picton. Ben Picton is CEO and has over 25 years of experience at the company. John Picton is Factory Manager and is a qualified carpenter, joiner, and certified building supervisor.

The company is a member of the Master Builders Association. The company serves homeowners and trades across Central NSW, including Dubbo, Tamworth, and Orange. The company manufactures its products locally in its Dubbo factory. The company offers flexible finance options through Handypay.

Households and trade clients across Dubbo have turned to this aluminium and patio specialist for carports, privacy screens, patios and glass room additions, and the feedback gathered from those projects is consistently warm. More than one customer describes the experience as exceeding what they had anticipated, with the finished outdoor areas and cladding work looking exactly as visualised. Something that features in review after review is the helpfulness of the people involved, from the first quotation through to the after-sale follow-up, which reviewers say was attentive and responsive.

Named staff feature prominently: Ben is praised for friendly, professional assistance and for going beyond what was expected, Will Clow is credited with contributing design ideas during quoting, and builders Dave and Luke are described as fantastic for talking through their work over the days on site. Reviews regularly refer to the standard of the materials and the quality of the final build, and even a small job was handled without fuss, finished sooner than anticipated. Knowledgeable advice, local manufacturing and a friendly team are the threads that tie the accounts together, with one customer noting that cladding a house was handled by the local crew to a high standard.
