Repairs and Renovations is a carpentry and property maintenance business in Orange, also listed under home building, handyman and handyperson services and repair service. A customer account describes a patio repair for which a quote was given by a staff member named Derek and accepted.

After that acceptance, the customer says numerous text messages followed, yet the job was never carried out and no reason was offered for the failure to attend. The same account criticises the attitude encountered and describes contempt for the customer. The complaint centres on the gap between an accepted quote and the work proceeding.
