More than happy to recommend Dave’s work very efficient and all around great man , thanks Ross Parke
I would not hesitate to recommend Dave at Skilled Builders and Repairs He has completed several repairs around my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He truly is a gifted Carpenter and his workmanship is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Every job was completed to a very high standard and its clear just how much pride he takes in his work. I was amazed at just how many issues he was able to repair. If you are looking for a Carpenter who delivers exceptional workmanship and will arrive on time, there's no need to look any further.
Dave at Skilled Builders and Repairs completed an extensive renovation of our 35yr.old home comprising of lots of smallish or medium jobs - the kind lots of builders aren’t interested in doing. The quality of work was exceptional plus the costs of labour and materials was transparent. Dave always looked to save money with different ideas and an innovative approach. David and Sue Duff P.S. if you want will be happy to talk to you about our experience.
Highly recommend Dave for all building repair needs. Shows up on time. Communicates. Awesome craftsmanship. He installed a new back door complete with doggy door and a pergola and I couldn’t be happier with it.
Contacting Dave from SKILLED Building Repairs to help with a very tricky issue at my home was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Dave was professional from start to finish. He returned my call promptly, took the time to discuss the issue, came out to inspect the problem, and explained the repair options in a way that was both clear and respectful. He provided a quote that I felt was fair and reasonable. Dave is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He completed the job efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. His workmanship is outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I would 100% recommend Dave to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy builder
