Townsend Constructions NQ

Building a home is one thing. Rebuilding your life home after a significant lifetime of wear and tear is something entirely different — and that is where Townsend Construction truly stood apart. From the very beginning, Ricky, Melissa and the entire Townsend team made us feel like part of the process, not just clients on a project list. Every decision, concern and idea was listened to with genuine care and respect. We were included and engaged at every step, which made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel collaborative, supportive and exciting. The quality of workmanship, communication and professionalism speaks for itself, but more importantly, the heart behind this company is what made the difference for us. They did not just rebuild a house — they helped create our forever home. We genuinely feel like part of the Townsend family now. If you are considering building or rebuilding, come and have a drive past our home — it speaks volumes about the standard Ricky, Melissa and the team deliver. Thank you, Townsend Construction, for giving us a home we are proud of for life.

HAMMER Athletic engaged Townsend Constructions for the recent renovation of our Townsille Gym in Townsville City, and they delivered exactly what you'd want from a commercial builder. From day one, Rick and the team were professional, clear in their communication, and committed to getting the job done properly. Working within an operational gym isn’t easy, but they managed the process well, adapted to challenges, and kept the project moving without compromising the end result. The quality of the work and the effort put in stood out. They took ownership of the project, worked hard on-site, and made sure the finish reflected the standard we were after. If you’re looking for a team that understands commercial work, communicates well, and follows through, I’d confidently recommend Townsend Constructions. - Matt, Hammer Athletic

The most amazing building team I can recommend they have transformed our house to something spectacular and something that I never would’ve dreamt of having ❤️ They are extremely professional and worked with timeframe. Amazing service. Happy to recommend.
