Ultimate Sheds/Ultimate Alfresco deserve 5 Stars. Their customer service leading to the construction of my new pergola and then further upgrade that I requested was without any problem whatsoever. Special mention for Geoff who was the frontman for the project and the builder Dendy. Both are very professional/very easy to deal with and nothing was a problem. All I can say is from my experience I can only recommend the highly.

The team at Ultimate Alfresco were fantastic to deal with. They were highly professional and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Our project had a number of technical challenges, but we were delighted with the engineering solutions. We are thrilled with the final product and would highly recommend them for anyone considering an alfresco project.

I had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Alfresco. Geoff Ross is patient, understanding and will look beyond any problems. He had all the plans drawn up which were fantastic, however once it went to council found I had a sewer easement so couldn’t go ahead. Total disappointment. Geoff called around and we discussed options ( in another area ) and he came up with something different. From the design to the build it couldn’t have gone better. The builder, Tony, was amazing and really knows his trade. All I can say is if you are looking for an alfresco do yourself a favour and speak to Geoff or one of the team who couldn’t be more helpful.

Without a doubt, one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Every interaction throughout the build process, to completion was top shelf by all the Ultimate Alfresco staff and the contractors they use. They’re not cheap but I didn’t want a cheap patio. I wanted a modern patio that was built to last and to employ a company that was a one stop shop, so I didn’t have to co-ordinate the different trades (builders, concreters, electricians and council etc). The whole process was low drag and faultless. If I ever need another patio, I’m going straight to Ultimate Alfresco. I can’t see it happening though, I reckon the one they built for us will last longer than my house, unlike the old timber one they replaced. Special mention to Geoff, you can tell he’s as honest as the day is long and he gave us a few ideas with our design, which was very welcomed. Travis was an absolute legend as well. When it came time for the concrete slab to be laid, there was a bit of confusion between myself and the contractor. Travis attended the site in less than 24 hours to provide clarity and options. This resulted in us changing the slab design a bit and ultimately having concrete laid over a much larger area. I was expecting to pay more as it was a variance to the initial contract that used more materials and labour, my wife and I were just hoping they wouldn’t try to price gouge us. Travis suggested a gentleman’s agreement (proceed with the concrete and he would work out the additional cost). Unbelievably Ultimate Alfresco paid for the extra work and didn’t charge us. This is a local business that clearly puts its customers first.

Ultimate Alfresco rebuilt an old rotted deck outside our pool house. The experience was great and we were very happy with the result. Everything was very clear, they delivered on what they promised, helping us with all our choices and the guys who completed the work were both professional and very friendly.
