I highly recommend Universal Home Improvements for outdoor blinds. Brad came to our house to discuss our needs and measure up. He was prompt, professional and gave us a quote straight away...no waiting days for them to figure it out. We were quoted 6-7 weeks as blinds are Australian made in Brisbane. They arrived into store in exactly 6 weeks. Two days later they were installed and we couldn't be happier. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff for your wonderful service.
Excellent service from start to finish! Sam was very friendly and easy to deal with, and was very knowledgeable about the product and options. The carport was supplied and installed professionally, on the agreed installation date, with great attention to detail and quality workmanship. We are very happy with the finished result, and would definitely recommend Sam and the Universal Sheds & Patios Team.
Great job done, everything was left clean and tidy. Would recommend Universal.
Universal Home Improvements recently installed vertical drapes to 3 windows in our house and WOW!!! They look amazing couldn't be happier. From start to finish their service was so professional. Heaps of samples to satisfy my fussy taste in decor, friendly salesman/workmen arrived on time at our door and the installation was quick, resulting in quality product, quality workmanship. One very satisfied customer here. Highly recommend Universal.
Well done to the team at Universal Home Improvements. We have recently had plantation shutters and vertical blinds installed. The process was easy and professional from quoting through to installation. Very happy with the quality of the products and the installation. We have also had a patio roof installed this week and I can't fault the workmanship. A huge thankyou to a local company who provides great customer service, competitive prices and excellent workmanship.
Universal subcontracted our shed build out to Paul from idiggit. The entire process has been extremely stressful. Massive issues with a lack of communication. Our shed is full of defects, including scratches over multiple wall panels, damage to the window frame and metal swarf/rust all over the roof and various other wall panels, because the shed builder used an angle grinder to cut the wall sheets. Universal have refused to rectify the shed. As such, I’ve withheld the final payment. See attached some of the photos of damages caused due to a lack of care by their contractor.
Universal was prompt in delivering our shade screens to our Thyme house, and the boys did a great job installing them. Very happy with the procedure from start to finish
