Oli is the tradesperson named most often, with Charles also mentioned, and more than one customer describes his carpentry as multi-skilled and his manner as personable and professional. Reviewers frequently point to his flexibility and willingness to work with developing design ideas, including jobs that involved recycled and new hardwoods on a two-storey Ferguson property.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is his willingness to step in when other tradespeople failed to arrive, solving problems on site rather than leaving them unresolved. Clients note that the workspace was left clean and organised, and that communication throughout was easy, with results matching or exceeding what had been asked for. The same names recur across accounts of large and small jobs, with one customer returning for multiple projects. Craftsmanship, reliability and a positive attitude are the qualities that appear again and again, particularly on a custom-built deck.
