What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Craftsmanship and reliability form the backbone of the feedback for Adam Pykett Carpentry, with reviewers consistently highlighting the calibre of the finished work. Several buyers describe renovation projects in older Brisbane homes, including moving walls and building in cupboards, and note that their ideas were translated into reality with evident attention to detail. A recurring point is the fairness of pricing, with quotes described as competitive and capped, and the value for money considered sound.

Timeliness also comes up often, as does Adam's friendly and easy-going manner, which clients say made the renovation process straightforward. Specific jobs mentioned include a 6x5 deck, an external staircase that was partially rebuilt and structural work on a century-old Queenslander. Alongside the quality of the build, customers remark on the helpfulness shown when discussing options and the willingness to take on whatever the project required. Repeat and referral business is mentioned by more than one reviewer, and the willingness to take on further deck and renovation work stands out.

I had Adam partially rebuild an external staircase, and he has done a great job. He was reasonably priced, and am happy to recommend him.

Adam just moved some walls and built in some cupboards in our 40's house. Quality of work is amazing, and very good prices! Definately recommend to anyone needed reno work.

Adam Pykett did some renovation work on our 100 year old Queenslander and the work was excellent, timely and a fair price for the work involved. We were very happy with his service, workmanship and value for money and wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending him, which we already have.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Adam did on our home recently. We were so impressed with the way that he took our ideas and turned them into reality so effortlessly. His attention to detail and overall quality of work were outstanding. He is a great guy, nothing was too much trouble and his easy going personality made the process of renovating so easy. We highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a carpenter - he's one in a million!

Had a few quotes on building my 6x5 deck. Adams quote was competitive but the service was above and beyond. He gave me a capped price and went through all the different options of what I could do with the deck. I now live on my deck and the workmanship is awesome. Friends that have decks envy mine and always ask who did the work! Highly recommend and will use again when I need another deck built!
