I couldn’t be happier with the work Nathan did on my custom wall unit to house my Murphy bed and provide additional storage. From start to finish, Nathan was fantastic to deal with. I contacted Nathan from Bespoke Carpentry Co after reading all of his positive google reviews! I was not disappointed! Nathan was prompt to reply & visited us to quote the job. He was honest, reliable, polite & professional! He removed our linen cupboard in a passageway that took away a huge footprint in bedroom 2 (on the other side of the wall). Nathan constructed a new wall & door frame. He also recommended a fantastic electrician to help up out. The result has made such an huge improvement to the space in the room. Nathan was friendly & he explained the process to us & kept us informed on his progress. Nathan takes a lot of pride in his work & his customer service. He was a pleasure to deal with! He built a huge custom built-in cabinet and the result is absolutely outstanding — beautifully finished and exactly what we wanted. Nathan has been responsive (even when I haven't always been!), friendly, experienced, and reliable. He listens, communicates clearly, and takes the time to explain what each job involves. Throughout the process, he ensured I had input at every stage. He was respectful while working in my newly built home and consistently demonstrated trustworthiness and professionalism. Nathan takes genuine pride in bringing my vision to life, and it shows in his exceptional attention to detail and the smooth, sophisticated finish of the final product. He clearly explained material costs, estimated timeframes, and his availability before quoting, so when the quote arrived it felt reasonable and transparent—no hidden costs or surprises. Out of all the tradespeople I've worked with over the past year (and I built a home, so there were many!), he is easily one of the best.
