Blackwood Kitchens & Joinery

Thanks to Ian and the team at Blackwoods who transformed our tired and basic old wardrobes and pantry space into functional and attractive storage. Came to measure and quote within a day of my inquiry, sent the quote within days, delivered the project within predicted timelines (less than 1 month). Showed genuine interest in helping me design exactly what I wanted. It is sad that all of these factors were rare qualities that were not found in other local suppliers. Don't bother with others who will muck you around and be completely disinterested, just call Ian and get it done. Excellent craftsmanship and the team were professional and efficient. Thanks to you all.

We had heard good things about this company and we had a little painful job needing attention. Ian was very helpful in be willing to help with this and provide a quote when he said he would, in a world where getting trades to turn up is a bonus this was much appreciated. Many thanks, Teri

Ian is terrific to work and plan with. He listens well, is very thorough and only uses good quality products. His recommendations were very thought provoking and helpful.

It took quite a few call outs from other kitchen design companies in the area who, umm-ed and ahh-ed, scratched heads and sucked air through teeth before my wife found Ian Stralow and Blackwood Kitchens & Joinery. He came out, looked at the space and actually listened to what she had to say, as this was a long held dream, and said yep we can do that. Asked questions, and openly questioned her as to her choices and what was possible and how something could be done, but it was just another job. Problems are meant to be solved and Ian and his team do that, they're problem solvers. Quality is terrific, workmanship is outstanding, communication is great and the pricing was the best of the lot that we had come out. Ian and his team (big thank you and shout out to Bernie who installed) were great to work with - you will be glad that you called Ian and Blackwood to come out and quote your job. Highly recommended!!! Cheers!

Ian is old school and a pleasure to deal with. I'm delighted with their work. We had 4 large wardrobes fitted out, a large home office and retro fitting to a kitchen. Workmanship is excellent and the team is friendly and professional. They take great pride in their product and back it up with their able skills. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll be calling about the laundry shortly.

Great team, quality workmanship.

Blackwood just installed our new kitchen and I’ve been impressed the whole way through the process from start to finish. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing. The final result is exactly what I wanted. I’ll be using their service again and highly recommend them.
