Bourke's Kitchens

Bourke's Kitchens is a family-owned cabinet making business founded by Glenn Bourke. Based in Bendigo, Victoria, it serves Bendigo and its surrounding areas. The business has over 30 years of experience in domestic and commercial joinery design, manufacturing, and installation. It has completed over 3000 domestic joinery projects and manufactures its kitchens at its Bendigo facility.

Commercial projects have been undertaken across Victoria and interstate, collaborating with builders, architects, and interior designers. Bourke's Kitchens is a member of the HIA and won the 2015 HIA Western Victoria Regional Kitchen of the Year award. Services include kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, custom joinery, and commercial cabinetry, along with a 3D computer imaging service and appliance packages from Kleenmaid and Glen Dimplex.

In Bendigo, Bourke's Kitchens has earned a reputation for cabinetry that a handful of customers describe as excellent in finish and craftsmanship. Several accounts note Wes, whose involvement from the initial consultation to the final installation is credited with making the whole process comfortable and clearly explained. The team, including Joan, is often praised for friendliness, patience and professionalism, with clients noting that options were set out without any pressure.

The scope of work covered in feedback includes new kitchens and laundries, and one customer appreciated that a smaller job was completed at a reasonable price rather than being declined. A recurring theme is the standard of the completed product, with visitors remarking on how well the installed cabinetry looks. Installation crews are also singled out for their careful work, and the experience is described as smooth throughout. Customers note that staff were helpful at every stage, and the finished kitchens and laundries are consistently described as well made and attractive, with both the workmanship and the service drawing steady praise.
