Brisbane Decks and Stairs

Troy and the BDS team did a fantastic job on our recent second story Deck/patio renovation. We had new balustrading and hand rails installed, new insulated patio roof installed and stair treads replaced. The quality of the work and the communication throughout the process was top notch. I would highly recommend the BDS team to anyone considering this type of project

Brisbane Decks and Stairs recently completed two projects at my Mother's home at Moorooka. The first project was to repair an existing outdoor deck and install a new insulated roof above the deck. The second project was to demolish an old carport and rebuild a new one again with a new, insulated roof. We could not be happier with the professional and courteous service and work. Troy from the outset was incredible efficient, helpful and his attention to detail was brilliant. I strongly recommend this company. Troy and the whole team are incredible.

Great experience from start to finish. I was given detailed quotes, with options and product recommendations based on the specific needs of my property. I was kept informed of timelines and numbers of tradies coming and going each day. My deck was knocked over in a week from start to finish and I’m super stoked with it. I felt safe having the team on site throughout the day and was never made to feel uncomfortable or like my expectations were too high. They cleaned up the site and made sure it was safe for my kids and dogs to be running around in the yard. They even levelled the yard and got the grass regrowing for me. Genuinely impressed and would recommend to anyone that wants a quality job.

We recently had an external balustrade (which had rotted out) replaced by Brisbane Decks and Stairs. We would like to commend the tradesman who did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, arrived at the allotted time and was wholely professional in the time he took to do the job. Everything was left neat and tidy at completion. Also many thanks to the admin staff and to the person who provided the quote in a timely manner. Overall a great company, a fair price and a highly professional job and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone contemplating new or replacement decks and stairs. Chris and Anne

Contacted Brisbane Decks and Stairs for help with a deck repair. From the first moment, I knew I was dealing with a quality outfit. The whole team were professional, easy to deal with, and genuinely passionate about their work. Benchmark communication from Troy kept me informed every step of the way. I want to express my gratitude for the incredible job the lads did. Nick, Josh and Reuben were absolute gentlemen throughout the process—punctual, respectful, trustworthy and always happy to answer questions. This is a team you can trust. The finish has exceeded our expectations with attention to detail and workmanship that really show. It’s completely transformed the space. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t wait to spend more time on our back deck. A big thanks again to the entire team—highly recommend Brisbane Decks and Stairs to anyone looking for top-quality work done by a great local team.

Very friendly and professional service, from quoting, through undertaking the work and courtesy follow-up, after major repairs to our deck. The workers on site were polite and took care to minimise disruption to our household. Excellent workmanship and good value for money. We have asked them to quote on upgrades to another deck at our place.

I've just had a set of dilapidated front stairs demolished and rebuilt, and balustrading on my back deck and stairs replaced. It was an amazing piece of work from go to whoa! Jacob came to check the site and provided some very useful tips for the project. The quote provided was fair, affordable, and competitive. The work commenced on time and was completed over nine days. To say I am rapt about the quality of the workmanship and the guys who came to build, would be an understatement!! Everyone who has seen the completed stairs and balustrading has given the finished project high praise. A big shout out to Josh, Izaiah, Marco, and Ruben (sorry if I've missed anyone) for the amazing effort they put into the project. Thnx guys!! I would unhesitatingly recommend Brisbane Decks and Stairs to anyone wanting professional workmanship at a good price point for their project!
