We had an excellent experience working with the team at CCW on a recent renovation of our Kitchen, Bathroom, Ensuite and Laundry. The entire process was trouble free from design to removal of the old cabinets to installation of the new joinery. The staff at CCW were professional and maintained open lines of communication and a client centered approach throughout the entire job. The team on site were no exception, they were efficient, friendly, incredibly helpful and left the site clean and tidy daily. The quality of work is exceptional and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the look of our new Kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry. We appreciated the ease with which CCW staff efficiently organised the sub trades on our behalf making the whole process stress free. I engaged CCW Cabinet works to design and install my new kitchen. I found Narelle at CCW to be fantastic she helped me design the kitchen for the area I had to work with, she was amazing. All of the staff at CCW have been fantastic from office staff to the install crew, plumbers, electricians. I am extremely happy with everything, they did a wonderful job. The reason I picked CCW is the fact that they have been around in Cairns for over 30 years and that tells me they must be doing something right. I had a very concerning experience with CCW. A large bathroom mirror installed by CCW six years ago, unexpectedly fell off the cabinet, causing significant damage to both the mirror and the sink below. Fortunately, no one was in the bathroom at the time, but this incident could have led to serious injury. When I contacted CCW to report the issue and inquire about warranty coverage, I was told that their warranty only applied to the original home builder and that I should contact my insurance provider instead. While I understand warranty terms, I find it unacceptable that a mirror, installed only six years ago, would fall off without any prior indication of a problem. It was also troubling to hear that CCW's stance on this situation was that customers should simply accept this as normal, especially given the safety risks involved. If mirrors are falling after only six years, it raises serious questions about the quality and durability of their workmanship. I have requested an inspection of the remaining mirrors, but based on this experience, I’m not confident in their ability to ensure safety or quality. At this point, I am left concerned, and I am sharing this experience to warn others.

CCW put in a new kitchen for us in 2021 and it looks great. However, the bin drawer didn't open far enough to remove the rear bin and our complaint was disregarded. The project manager who designed our kitchen actually suggested we only use the front bin! After forcing the bin out numerous times, it cracked in multiple places and eventually I was so annoyed at having to replace the entire thing, that I wrote a negative review. As can be seen below, and to their credit, the owner responded immediately and provided a replacement bin of better quality, that they happened to have in stock. And hurray, it fits! Unfortunately the replacement bin does not have spring loaded runners like the old one, so that drawer no longer has the soft close feature we chose and paid for. Nevertheless, CCW did supply and install a functional brand new bin even though more than 2 years had passed. If you have any problems, ask to speak to the owner, Royce. He is responsive and very easy to deal with. Besides the bin, we are very happy with our kitchen and all the tradies organised by CCW were great except the electrician who charged a LOT more than the verbal quote we got, and took months to invoice us. This was not CCW's fault, but definitely ensure you get written quotes for all the extras.

Could not be happier with the results of our kitchen renovation. It was a total reconstruction and the designer hit the nail on the head, first time. I do not like to name people on Google so I will simply say thank you to all at CCW. You made our shabby, blue and white, unworkable kitchen into a joy to cook in with lots more practical, cupboard and bench space. Unfortunately I could not get the photos to upload. Believe me, it is wonderful.

Couldn’t be happier with Rod and the team at CCW. Honestly I was probably quite a tricky customer to deal with but CCW were amazing every step of the way. The height of professionalism and a keen eye for all details. From the very first phone call to the final day of installation. Simply an amazing team. I couldn’t recommend CCW any more highly. I wasted so much time with other kitchen companies. I wish i had just contacted them first.
