Dan and Lucas from Hobart Property Maintenance have been fantastic every time we’ve used them. They’re friendly, easy to talk to, and really know what they’re doing. From the first quote right through to the final clean up, their communication has been clear and reliable, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They turn up when they say they will, get straight into the job, and the quality of their work shows how much pride they take in what they do. We’re already repeat customers and they’ll definitely be our first call for any future property maintenance. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting friendly, dependable service and a job done properly.
Dan’s great! Professional, responsive and patient when answering my queries. We’ve engaged Dan twice now for several fixes around the house and he has provided an excellent service on both occasions. Very reliable, highly recommend
We were originally going to go with Bunnings installation for a clothesline but there was too much faffling around. Dan fit us into his schedule, got it done quickly, and now I can finally hang my laundry! He was professional, took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly, paid attention to the small details, and was hardworking and reliable. Best of all, he took all the rubbish with him and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend! Would definitely work with him again!
Highly recommend Lucas and Dan. Lucas was able to help with our flooring issue when no one else were able to, and alleviate our concerns with his decades of trade knowledge. Lucas is very punctual and we will certainly be contacting them both for any future jobs! Thanks guys
Dan has been fantastic to deal with for our property maintenance. He’s reliable, easy to communicate with and always turns up when he says he will. The quality of his work is excellent and he takes pride in doing the job properly, not just rushing through it.
We had Lucas install a new entrance door and lock to our residence. The workmanship is outstanding - the door looks fantastic and operates smoothly, with excellent sealing and attention to detail. From start to finish Lucas was professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely use their services in the future.
Dan was great to deal with. Responded quickly, and always super friendly. His work was top notch (electrical and carpentry), met the brief exactly and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again and recommend.
