J R Bespoke Designs

Absolutely lovely experience from the first inquiry to the delivery. I really liked the albie bed base design promoted on their website but I needed alterations to the height to make it low profile for my arthritic dog. Laura was helpful and fast in responses and from the moment I booked to delivery, the lead time was quick and delivery just before Christmas, blessing! The wood is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted and matches perfectly to my bed side tables & headboard (not included). Jarryn was lovely and super friendly upon delivery and set the bed up ready to go, he even took the time to look at another inquiry I had for a piece of furniture. I cannot recommend enough, will definitely use JR again when the calling comes for furniture. Would rate more stars if I could! 10/10 Thank you Team!

JR Bespoke did an absolutely wonderful job with our bed! We searched for months to find a bed that we liked and it wasn't until we came across JR Bespoke that we finally fell in love with something. We initially loved the Vonu Bed with its extended bedhead but we also liked the Floating Bed with its platform edge. When we asked if we could do a combination of both, Laura was very quick to reply in the affirmative and clarify exactly what aspects we wanted. Throughout the process, Laura was always very prompt to reply and thorough in checking measurements and details so that we 100% knew what we were getting. Living in NSW, we had the bed shipped interstate and everything was extremely smooth and easy. The bed was simple to put together and it turned out to be as beautiful as what we imagined. We couldn't be happier!!

These guys are great. The workmanship is fantastic and they work hard to understand what you want from the furniture. Could not recommend JR Bespoke Designs more highly. UPDATE: We were so happy with our bedroom units we had the team do a few more item. We had the Arlo entertainment unit customized into a buffet with middle cupboards. We also had an entertainment unit with a matching small coffee table made, which match the bedroom units. Everything looks great and fits with the style of the house.

I selected J R Bespoke Designs to make me a new custom table. The team was great to work with. I took my existing chairs to see which wood would "match." The delivery process was outstanding. As I was about to relocate, they made sure the table was packed, so the removal had minimal work to do. I contacted them again to help me design and customise legs for a piece of marble I had purchased overseas. It was an excellent experience. I sent details and photos from Canberra and worked with the team via email and telephone. I then took the table top to Melbourne, delivering on a Thursday to their workshop, and they worked their magic, having the table ready for me to transport back to Canberra the following Wednesday. This was remarkable. My guests all remark on the coffee table its a fabulous piece of furtniture in my lounge room. I'd recommend working with J R Bespoke Design. They are a very professional team and offer good design suggestions, allowing you to make the final decision.

It has been a pleasure buying our Avenue floating cabinet in American Oak and having it delivered safely to our apartment in Brisbane. It was made to our custom specifications and liaising with the team to achieve this was a great customer experience. We are very happy with the result. The unit looks superb and is really well made. It's sturdy and solid. The use of timber with grain continuity across the face and from the sides of the unit across the top showcases very careful, thoughtful and respectful craftsmanship. It inspires and looks terrific. We look forward to buying again from JR Bespoke Designs.

Highly recommend JR Bespoke for your locally made, ultra high quality furniture needs. We had a custom TV cabinet made and the entire process from timber selection to design and fabrication was smooth and professional. The product itself is beautiful, functional and flawless. Thank you everyone at JR Bespoke! I'll say it again: locally made, ultra high quality products, professional team. Look no further.

It was a tricky project and required from Jarryn to go the extra mile. He did so in a generous, professional and always friendly way. The result is outstanding and we could not be happier with our beautiful cabinets. I can highly recommend him and his team!
