Link Building Systems

Link Building Systems is a locally owned and operated building company based in the Goulburn Valley. It has over 15 years of building experience in the Shepparton area. The company holds building licences for both Victoria and NSW. It services the Northern and North-Eastern regions of Victoria as well as Southern NSW.

Link Building Systems specialises in extensions and renovations, building insurance repairs, emergency make safe repairs, underpinning, playground inspections and repairs, and hydro excavations. It has a large multi-skilled, committed team. Its qualified inspectors can perform Operational (maintenance) and Comprehensive (audit) playground inspections.

Insurance repair and reinstatement work is where this Shepparton construction company has built its reputation, with homeowners returning across multiple projects. Customers writing about their orders describe engaging the team after burst hoses, kitchen fires and storm damage, with make-safe repairs organised the same day and crews working into the night to secure damaged roofs. Reviews regularly refer to that Andy and Cam keep them informed from the first assessment through to completion, including one instance where additional damage was documented and put to an insurer.

The quality of the finished work is a point that comes up often, covering bathroom renovations, window replacements, ensuite rebuilds and house extensions, with jobs described as completed within the agreed timeframe and budget. Tidiness also features, with sites left clean after each visit. Customers note the crew's willingness to return for follow-up work and their calm handling of stressful insurance claims, and many have since commissioned further projects. Andy, Cameron and the wider team are named for their hands-on approach and the care they show throughout a job, from an initial make-safe call-out to a full reinstatement.
