Merlea Carpentry is a carpentry business with over 25 years in the industry. It serves Bendigo and Central Victoria. The business is fully licensed and insured, and offers a workmanship guarantee. The business works in private homes, home units, and apartments. It also offers insurance repairs, make safes, and factory fit-outs.

A consistent standard of finish and a willingness to go the extra distance come through as the strongest themes across feedback on Merlea Carpentry. Tim is named time and again as punctual, approachable and honest, and several buyers describe projects completed within the agreed timeframe, with one noting a readiness to wait for his availability. Bathroom and kitchen renovations dominate the accounts, described as stunning and completed to an excellent standard, while a bedroom and study area also drew warm words.

Reviewers repeatedly mention meticulous workmanship and an eye for detail, with the team exceeding expectations on a bathroom renovation. Communication is consistently praised, from practical advice on the feasibility of ideas at the planning stage through to coordination of the trades involved, leaving clients confident about progress and timelines. Fairness on cost is another recurring point, with a major kitchen renovation brought in on the quoted budget and no hidden extras. A small high-level lattice repair, beyond the client's own reach, was handled satisfactorily, and honesty and care appear alongside the craftsmanship.
