We engaged Jack and his team to complete a carpentry job for us. We are really happy with the finished product. The level of workmanship is perfect and the specifications followed exactly. The communication was clear and reliable and all questions were answered with patient good-humour :) Would be happy to use the team again and be confident that there will be no problems.
Jack and his team arrived on time and just got to work fixing a brand new wooden ramp for us without bothering us all the time. Just got on with the job. What Jack quoted is what we paid which is rare these days. Did an excellent job up to very high standards. The wood he used is excellent and was just what we wanted. We would use him again and we also highly recommend him to others wanting a good job done for a reasonable price.

Recently had my kitchen and living room timber floor re done by Jack. Great communication and punctuation throughout. Extremely well mannered and friendly boys who gave 100% from start to end. Very reasonable price and fantastic results obtained. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our property management appointed Jack to fix a decking floor board which he came out and quoted, assured it would get done and even removed & took away another piece of plank from the deck to get a colour match. We then didn’t receive any confirmation about when he would come back to repair it. Over 3 weeks has past and several communication back and forth with no result. I’m still chasing up the board he removed and hasn’t returned.
