PRITCHARD CONSTRUCTIONS P/L

Really happy with the work done installing our skylights. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Great communication, professional workmanship and everything was organised well. They’re friendly, approachable and easy to work with the entire time. They genuinely care about doing a good job and making the process as smooth as possible. Would definitely use them again for future projects.

Thank you Brian for all the odd jobs that you and son Jerod have completed. All work done was to a very high standard. The attention to detail, arriving on time, completing what he started, very professional, yet has a jovial disposition while working which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. Very reasonable rates which completes the whole enjoyable experience. Thanks guys!

We had Prichard Constructions install our Modular building and construct a covered outdoor area. Brian and Jerrod were excellent communicators, their workmanship was first class, from the steel footings to the end product. They were meticulous, creative and thorough throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend this hardworking team.

He is the best, highly recommend.

Highly recommend Pritchard Constructions! Brian and the team did an amazing job on my structural house repairs and deck repairs. Brian displays real attention to detail and is efficient, and thorough in his work. Very professional and more than happy with the result. I have total confidence in their ability and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Brian and team!

I have know Brian Pritchard for over 12years now. My business is Coffs Harbour Building Design (owner) Brian has worked on a number of my building jobs/projects over the years. Brian has a vast knowledge of the building construction industry from high end residential builds to granny flats. I have always found him to be excellent with his communications, coordination of the different trades onsite, professional approach to his work, punctuality & very reliable with his building services. Brian is a very experienced hard working builder, which I happily recommend for all new builds or renovation work.

I am very happy with the project that Brian and his son Jerod completed at my place. They were absolutely professional and excellent, and everything was done perfectly. Furthermore, they were very friendly and always patient in communicating and discussing every single detail. I am also glad that they have a good relationship and strong reputation among other trades, which helped the project progress smoothly — something that is very important. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy builder for your project.
