PWC Property Works

I was assigned PWC Construction through my insurance company, Allianz, to handle the remediation works for my house. The project had an agreed-upon completion date of May 17th, 2026, but the experience was incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional from start to finish. In February, I received a generic, impersonal email stating they would be unable to attend the property for three weeks. While delays can happen, they completely dropped off the radar after that. They did not show up again until the first week of May, suddenly appearing to "resume" the works right before the project was supposed to be completely finished. You cannot abandon an insurance repair job for months with zero communication and expect to pick up right where you left off at the eleventh hour. Because of their sheer unreliability and the lack of progress, we ultimately had to find and hire an entirely different team to actually complete the job. I strongly advise looking elsewhere—or pushing back on your insurance provider if they try to assign this company to your claim. They do not respect your time or honor their commitments.

PWC was contacted via our Building Manager for an ongoing leak in our unit. Brad and Liam coordinated, showed up, were pleasant and professional and identified the cause, clearly explained and let us know the solution needed. We appreciate them for helping with and following up to make sure this fixed correctly and doesn't drag on for us. Thank you Gents!!!

We were so impressed with Brad’s work. He was careful, very meticulous and the finished product was excellent. The company kept us informed of his availability and arrival times. Highly recommend.

Sent me details of when they'd arrive and arrived exactly on time. Fixed the problem quickly and made another small change to address potential future issues. Would use again.

I have worked with PWC for many years, Paul and the team have provided exceptional service in a timely manner. Not being familiar with the construction industry, I found Paul and his team to be extremely informative and patient when giving an explanation on the works being undertaken. Thank you for all of your great work and we look forward to continue working with you all. Jess

The contractors at PWC Property Works have been an absolute joy to work with. The works provided are always of good quality and is done in a very timely way. I could not recommend them highly enough. Special thanks goes out to Paul and Daniel at PWC, for their fast and efficient responses when quoting, booking in jobs and completing the works. On top of this, PWC provide such a wide and diverse range of jobs, which makes them the most convenient company to go to. I am very happy to continue using PWC for future works. Kind regards, Katelyn Tyson (Independent Strata Management)
