PWC Property Works

I was assigned PWC Construction through my insurance company, Allianz, to handle the remediation works for my house. The project had an agreed-upon completion date of May 17th, 2026, but the experience was incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional from start to finish. In February, I received a generic, impersonal email stating they would be unable to attend the property for three weeks. While delays can happen, they completely dropped off the radar after that. They did not show up again until the first week of May, suddenly appearing to "resume" the works right before the project was supposed to be completely finished. You cannot abandon an insurance repair job for months with zero communication and expect to pick up right where you left off at the eleventh hour. Because of their sheer unreliability and the lack of progress, we ultimately had to find and hire an entirely different team to actually complete the job. I strongly advise looking elsewhere—or pushing back on your insurance provider if they try to assign this company to your claim. They do not respect your time or honor their commitments.

PWC was contacted via our Building Manager for an ongoing leak in our unit. Brad and Liam coordinated, showed up, were pleasant and professional and identified the cause, clearly explained and let us know the solution needed. We appreciate them for helping with and following up to make sure this fixed correctly and doesn't drag on for us. Thank you Gents!!!

To whom it may concern, I had Bradley come today to replace door hinges and security screen door. He was punctual, polite and very professional. When finished he demonstrated to me my new screen door, offered to take 2nd key to real estate and cleaned up and took all rubbish away. I would highly recommend PWC Property Works to anyone in need of home repairs and maintenance.
