Resolve Building Solutions

Resolve Building Solutions was established in February 2020 by its management team. The company has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. It operates out of a custom-built factory, storage facility and office in Sydney. The company has a team of in-house trades and experienced claims co-ordinators, some with over 27 years' experience. It provides building solutions to the insurance repair and strata maintenance sector.

The company's service area includes Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, and Wollongong. It has full-time trades staff and handpicked contractors, many of whom have worked with them for over 10 years. The company is comprehensively insured including Builder's Warranty. Its services include home renovations, granny flats, property repairs and maintenance, building reports, and project management.

A Penrith homeowner midway through a bathroom and laundry renovation engaged Resolve Building Solutions and described the team as fabulous. Floors were protected throughout, building materials were not left lying around, and the property was treated with respect while the site stayed clean and tidy.

The company's listed services cover bathroom remodelling, kitchen remodelling and property maintenance, so the project sits within its stated scope of work. The customer indicated an update would follow once the job was finished, meaning the praise reflects progress at an interim stage rather than the completed result. The account highlights care for existing surfaces and consistent housekeeping during a live renovation.
