I have worked on various projects within the south coast with Warren. I am a metal roofer, I always enjoy the process of installing the roof and architectural wall cladding. We’ve done a few building projects over the past 30 years and Warren is the best builder we’ve ever worked with. He kept us up to date with the project as it developed. He was reliable and super helpful (including agreeing to have items delivered to his house!). He shared ideas on potential improvements to the Design - all of which worked well. Warren and his team were meticulous. He has an exceptional eye for detail and employs excellent craftsmen. Every aspect of the build was finished to an exceptional standard. We couldn’t be happier.

We engaged Warren and his team in March 2023 to undertake a renovation of our beach house in Callala beach based on plans developed by Simon Irwin from iArchitecture, Nowra. The renovation involved new cladding, roofing and internal redesign including a new kitchen from Key Kitchens, Ulladulla and new bathrooms as well as built in bunks and a fantastic deck. Warren provided a detailed costing and project plan prior to project start and provided regular updates along the way. I am pleased to say he completed the job on time and within budget, he kept his promise to have us in by Xmas of 2023. The team were all very hard working and diligent and the attention to detail was second to none, even making helpful suggestions to the build along the way, which we were very grateful for. The quality of workmanship was top class along with the post build follow up including arranging all the landscaping. I would highly recommend Warren and his team as builders that are honest, diligent and easy to get along with.

Warren and his team completed our new build home at Vincentia roughly two years ago. A heavily treed, and oddly shaped block, and an architect and clients that were aiming for the most energy efficient home reasonably possible meant that this place was always going to be a challenge. Of the three tendering builders, Warren, while not the cheapest, was the only one that actually gave us confidence that he could achieve it. We got value from every cent, because, at the end of the day, he most definitely did achieve it! Working through the dramas and delays brought about by COVID, nothing was too hard for Warren. Problem solving was needed every step of the way, and Warren, in close consultation with our architect, worked through every detail, keeping us in the loop throughout. While the timeline for the whole process blew out from the expected 10 months to 16 months, none of that could be laid at Warren's feet. We now live in a beautiful home, that, above all, actually works really, really well. Careful design and a careful build has given us a home that, when we drive around the corner into the street, brings a smile to the face every time. Thanks Warren.

Warren Sanders Constructions built an architecturally designed pergola for Berry & District Garden Club at George St Park in Berry. The hardwood frame structure was completed with appropriate consultation and professional management by skilled tradesmen within the agreed timeframe and cost. Warren was very helpful in suggesting enhancements to the design and was a pleasure to deal with. He is highly recommended.
