Shoalhaven Patios

Shoalhaven Patios is a family-owned and operated business that has been servicing the Shoalhaven and surrounding community for more than 25 years. The company designs and constructs patios, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces, handling custom design, council approvals, construction, and final inspection. It uses premium Australian-made materials and offers single-skin and insulated roof types, as well as patio enclosures.

Skillion, gable and split-gable designs and installation are available for both residential and commercial properties. The business uses super-strong beams and supporting walls to deliver patios and pergolas that require fewer posts. Service areas include Nowra, Batemans Bay, Ulladulla, Shellharbour, Bomaderry, Worrigee, and Huskisson. Shoalhaven Patios is associated with the brand Ausdeck and offers supply and installation services, with free measure and quotes for all services.

Professionalism from first consultation through to installation is a theme that runs through feedback on this Nowra business, with customers consistently describing a smooth, well-managed process. The team is repeatedly praised for reliable scheduling and punctual attendance, with one job finished in a single day by an installer and his partner working in tandem. Clear quoting and fair pricing come up often, alongside appreciation for straightforward communication before and after the work.

Reviewers note that the site was left tidy, with no mess remaining once the job was done. The quality of the finished structures draws frequent comment, whether a covered patio, an awning or a patio enclosure, with several mentioning how much more usable their outdoor areas have become.

Named staff including Krystal, Liz, Shane, Ben and Chris attract specific thanks for their friendly and obliging manner, and the sales and office side of the business is described as efficient and free of mucking around. Customers describe a hassle-free experience from quote through to completion, with follow-up contact handled promptly and issues, where mentioned, resolved without fuss. Workmanship on the tools is singled out as a strength, and many say they would engage the firm again for similar outdoor work.
