Impossible to contact- put me thousands of dollars out. Multiple defects throughout the home he “attempted” to build. Had to get QBCC involved. He didn’t pay the infrastructure charges on my property- as specified in contract, nor did he pay any sub contractors on the job. Do not use Wayne or associates “Darryl Sondergeld” ever. Not worth the years of hassle.

Wayne is impossible to contact. Never answers my phone calls, messages or emails. Went 6 months over our build date. Never paid the infrastructure charges, I'm left thousands out of pocket and I can't do anything about it. Words can't express the distaste I have for this man. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!
