Andrew's Custom Cabinets is a locally owned and operated family business, established in 2014 and founded by Andrew and Alicia Eggins. Andrew Eggins has almost 40 years' experience in the cabinetry trade, having commenced his apprenticeship in 1985 and become a qualified tradesman in 1989. He was previously involved in the build and installation of joinery and cabinetry for the Northern Territory State Square and Northern Territory Parliament House. The company specialises in building and installing cabinetry on remote outback stations. It has been a Housing Industry Association (HIA) member since 2014 and holds a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licence. Andrew Eggins holds a White Card, Forklift Licence, Asbestos Removal Licence – Class B, and a Cert IV in Frontline Management.

He spent five years as a sales representative and branch manager for a cabinetmaking wholesale supplier, and in 2008 commenced working for himself as a Cabinetmaker. Alicia Eggins is Office Manager, Accounts Manager, and Colour & Material Consultant, and has been with the company since its inception in 2014. Jordan Tingay is a Cabinetmaker with White Card and Forklift Licence, started with the company at the beginning of 2023, and brings 6 years' experience in the industry as a Qualified Cabinetmaker.

Kaden Coll is a Cabinetmaker and 4th Year Apprentice with White Card and Forklift Licence, joined the team early 2022, will be a fully qualified Cabinet Maker in 2023, and was the apprentice cabinetmaker involved in the build and installation of Andrew’s Custom Cabinets HIA multi-award-winning kitchen of the year in 2022. Sean Lappalainen is a Cabinetmaker with White Card and Forklift Licence and brings six years of cabinetry experience as a Qualified Tradesman. The company services all of Townsville and surrounds and can also custom design, manufacture and supply to rural locations. It specialises in kitchen, laundry and bathroom cabinet design, entire home cabinetry, renovations and remodels as well as installations and supply. Recent projects include Norris, Armstrong, Willmett, and Kurrajong. The Kurrajong project was a renovation by Burton Constructions that won the 2021 Master Builders award for a remodel/renovation up to $275,000.
