Bylund Building Services

For 13 years we’ve used the building and repair services of Greg Bylund and his team for our home. And for our family’s homes and our working places. The attention to detail and consistent craftsmanship is outstanding. From building brand new bespoke homes to simple repairs he is a one stop shop for managing it all.

Bylund Building Services built our custom designed farm house, kitchen and cabinetry with exceptional craftsmanship and we are thoroughly happy with our home. We had an enjoyable and worry-free building experience with Greg and his carpenters who were always professional, respectful, communicated clearly and were approachable for discussions about building progress and minor plan changes. Greg and his team worked collaboratively with our architect, kept our property clean and tidy during the build and showed great care and diligence in their workmanship to create our beautiful home. He has since completed a small renovation and we are throughly happy with the result. It was a pleasure to engage Greg and his team to build our home and we highly recommend Bylund Building Services.

We’ve used Greg’s services over the last 15 years for both our business and our home. From his attention to detail (and his ability to pick up errors on plans - I’m forever grateful for the outdoor louvres!), to the fantastic trades people he has working for and with him, and the lovely staff that you liase with in the office - this is a business that always goes that step above. The quality of work is exceptional, and I have never felt a bother when I’ve phoned Greg or his team with any issues that I need a builders help with. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Greg and the team at Bylund Building Services did on our garage. They widened and raised both of our garage openings and installed two new Gliderol remote garage doors. The difference is amazing. We can now get our vehicles in and out much easier, and it looks like it’s always been part of the house. The job took a little longer than expected because of the weather, but Greg kept us updated the whole way through. He always let us know what was happening, and we really appreciated how honest and easy he was to deal with. Thanks again, Greg. We really appreciate everything you did for us. Romandar & Nathan

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Bylund Building Services, and the result exceeded our expectations. Greg and his team were professional, reliable and took real pride in their workmanship from start to finish. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of the finishes is exceptional. Everything was completed to a very high standard, the site was kept clean and tidy, and communication throughout the project was excellent. It’s refreshing to deal with a builder who genuinely cares about doing the job properly rather than just getting it finished. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Bylund Building Services to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

Greg from Bylund Building Services built us a custom solid timber dining table, and the workmanship is exceptional. The attention to detail, timber selection and finish are all first class, and you can tell it has been built to last for generations. The whole process was easy, from discussing the design through to the finished product. It’s become the centrepiece of our home, and everyone comments on it when they visit. If you’re after quality custom joinery or handcrafted timber furniture, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bylund Building Services.

Greg,Cindy and the team at Bylund Building Services exceeded our expectations in building our dream home at Port Macquarie. Greg's attention to detail together with his beautiful work with timber for our joinery is craftsman like. Overall a really positive experience from a builder that not only takes full responsibility but treats you like family with his care and after service.
