Complete Carpentry WA

Deck construction and shed building are the services customers most often associate with this Mandurah carpentry business, and the accounts are divided. Several reviewers describe completed projects with enthusiasm, noting that a deck built in a backyard met expectations and that a shed presented particular challenges because of its proximity to a pool, which the carpenter worked through without difficulty. Quick responses to initial enquiries are mentioned, along with professional conduct on site and a result that matched what had been discussed.

Against that, a recurring complaint concerns contact: more than one reviewer reports leaving messages by phone and receiving no reply, prompting at least one of them to take the work elsewhere. These accounts describe a business where the finished carpentry is valued but the follow-up on enquiries is described as unreliable, with messages reportedly not returned. The named tradespeople, Karl and Stu, are each linked to a specific project rather than to the communication problems. For customers weighing up whether to make contact, the pattern that emerges is of solid workmanship on decks and sheds set against repeated difficulty in getting a response when messages are left.
