EXTERNAL STAIRS - iCarpentry

Great service from Ben & team. Good communication and excellent tradesmen.

Working with Ben and his team was an absolute pleasure. From the initial contract through to the finished product, they fulfilled every promise—thank you, Ben! Project managers often claim you can only lock in two of the three project drivers—cost, quality, and time. We chose cost and quality as our non-negotiables, yet Ben delivered all three: top-tier quality, on budget, and on schedule.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team for the renovation of my front stairs. From start to finish, Ben was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. His team, worked seamlessly together, and the quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding. The new stairs look fantastic and are well-built. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend iCarpentry to anyone looking for reliable and skilled services!

Ben and his team at iCarpentry did an outstanding job repairing our front and external stairs. Their service was prompt, professional, and within budget. We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend iCarpentry for their excellent communication and quality workmanship.

Ben and Sunny were very professional, prompt and helpful. My parents needed some old back stairs replacing and Ben quoted and ordered materials within a week. The workmanship was fantastic and my parents are over the moon with how good it looks. Highly recommend. Thank you Ben and Sunny.

Ben and his team from iCarpentry replaced, and upgraded, both our front and back stairs to butterfly staircases. Our old Queenslander presented quite a few unexpected challenges with degraded supporting timbers to the house, requiring bracing and replacing, as additions. Uneven ground levels and tricky weather complicated works. We engaged Ben’s services as he was extremely rapid to respond, attend site, quote and mobilise. His pricing was very competitive. During the process, Ben’s communication was clear, concise, detail driven and patient as we learned processes new to us. Ben and his team were respectful, professional, responsive, and accomodating as we requested additional works due to unforeseen discoveries requiring addressing through the job. They worked around inclement weather and completed the jobs in a most efficient manner. We highly recommend Ben and iCarpentry for peace of mind, high quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness, excellent communication, professionalism, timeliness and attentiveness. It’s invaluable finding a high quality trade, one you feel you can rely upon.

Ben was keen to work within our budget to deliver quality external staircases. He communicated with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy. Ben was also very responsive after completing the job with all follow up questions regarding painting and long term maintenance. More than happy to recommend the business.
