HC urban

HC urban is an exterior carpentry crew based in Perth, Western Australia. The team's main services include decking, cladding and screening, custom benches, and patio and pergola construction. Brad is named as the craftsman leading the team, with Keiron, Zac and Josh among the team members.

A customer engaged HC urban for three further one-of-a-kind jobs. Another customer left the team with access to their property during construction. During construction, the team kept the site neat and removed all debris.

Craftsmanship and a professional approach stand out as the themes running through this Mandurah company's feedback. Brad is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing how he discusses options for delivering a project before work starts, and customers mention that quotes arrive soon after an on-site measure. The crew is regularly called punctual, reliable and mindful of budget, whether the task is a wooden deck, an exterior living pergola or a broader backyard makeover.

Advice and ideas offered during a build are mentioned often, and Jessie and Teal are singled out for efficient, tidy work completed quickly. Communication before and after the job features frequently, along with the pride the team takes in its finish, reflected in clean lines and entertaining areas that turned out as hoped. The range of work covers decking, pergolas, commercial play centre fit-outs and wider construction through the carpenter and construction company side of the business.

Reviewers note how hard the group works and how willing it is to go the extra mile when timing is tight, fitting installations around a customer's travel. Feedback settles on quality workmanship, dependable scheduling and friendly service from the first conversation through to the final walkthrough, with the finished product the point that keeps coming back.
