On Trend Flat Packs

We have been waiting for a kitchen quote for too long. Very unprofessional. The lady was very nice and said she would send us a quote for our flat pack we chose. Don't bother with them we going elsewhere they are rubbish.

On installation we were happy with the kitchen except the sink tap was installed facing the wrong way. Surprisingly when we contacted Granite Transformations regarding this we were asked to contact the plumber ourselves. The dishwasher was initially installed to our satisfaction however the drawer dropped on one side after a few weeks and although Granite Transformations returned twice to correct it, we were left with an unsightly and unsatisfactory gap. Unfortunately the dishwasher issue was after signing off on the job and once the account had been paid it was blazingly obvious the office staff were very uninterested in working with us to find a solution that we were happy with. When I forwarded a before and after photo of the dishwasher gap the woman had the audacity to say that the gap was always there and I had taken the photo from a different angle. FYI, I stood in exactly the same spot to take the updated photo. I also remember what the kitchen looked like before the dishwasher door panel moved. In the end we were told that because of the profile of the dishwasher the panel could not be brought down further, however, the dishwasher did not look like this on the original installation, so why can’t it be returned to the way it was. We would have been happy to pay for a new panel that extends further to the floor to cover the gap and use profiles to create a better alternative. The granite panels separated by the sink and luckily this was fixed to our satisfaction. The handles to two rows of drawers came very loose after a short time and when the fellow came back he said that was ‘their bad’ for forgetting to pop the little washers on inner side of the drawer handle during installation. Again, we were told to go to Bunnings and source the washers and fix ourselves, which we did. Why should we spend our money and time fixing errors that should of been done properly in the first place.. This was our 4th time using Granite Transformations for Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. It was a shame that our last experience was not as good as the previous times. What does their add say “You can trust Granite Transformations for your dream kitchen”. Very disappointing to spend money on a new kitchen (not a renovation) and be left with an eyesore that makes you feel sad and anxious when you look at it..

Really easy company to deal with great choice of product and really nice prices

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. We love the drawers which enable such easy access to our kitchen utensils , cutlery, crockery etc. The kitchen is so bright and cheery. Chris and his staff were all polite and friendly and the job they did was Excellent! Brilliant neat work!

Very satisfied with the service that we have recently received from On Trend. Our job was only small but Felicity was still happy the spend the time to get the details just as we wanted. And it all fitted together too!! Thank you.
