Tassie Cabinets

Great responsive customer service, great product variety and outstanding finished product. Very happy. So much variety in the custom sizing - you end up with exactly what you want!. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Tassie Cabinets on our DIY kitchen project. The team were highly responsive and gave great attention to detail and advice on our product choice. Thanks for helping our vision come to life! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Tried to support small local business and unfortunately regret it, had nothing but trouble after initial payment was sent. Took nearly 3 times as long as they said in the start, after collecting my kit there were several defects and missing parts. It was a nightmare to get this rectified, interactions were dismissive and rude. When they did fix some of the mistakes they used cheaper material of poorer quality and ended up spending more money elsewhere to fix everything myself, avoid unless you are a fan of wasting time and money. Updating this review after a response from the owners the "forgotten payment for a month" was delayed from the 20th of December till January the 7th while their business was closed and hadn't responded to my concerns. The "late after hours pick up" was 3pm on a friday, their hours clearly state 10am-4pm. I won't even address the blankets being lent because if they have to rely upon on what would be considered a very standard service as something that they take pride i think it stands to show what to expect. Now even going to say my review is fake because they don't like it. Avoid avoid avoid.

I have used Tassie Cabinets for several projects around my home for over 7 years now. Have always had wonderful service and outstanding products. Great prices and much cheaper when you install yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great local company.

A team of professionals that provides excellent customer service. They are friendly and pay close attention to every detail. Inquiries are met with prompt responses and a concerted effort is made to guarantee full satisfaction. It is uncommon to encounter a company with such a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support. I highly recommend them for their dedication to excellence! Thanks so much Jody and team.

We can’t fault the service or the product that we received from Tassie Cabinets. We placed our order for our new laundry on our holiday home before Christmas and got to install it ourselves over our holidays. So happy with the final product. The quality was better than expected and we were really happy with the customer service. They helped us select what we wanted when we couldn’t make it to the shop front.ourselves. Thanks again !

Have used Tassie Cabinets for over 5 yrs for kitchen and laundry. Advice on suitable products and options appreciate. Always professional and if there maybe delays due to product availability information and options discussed.
