What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Heritage and older houses are the focus of the work described for Bespoke Building & Contracting in Bathurst, where owners of a century-old property and a historic home have both put their accounts in writing. Bryce and his crew are characterised as easy to deal with, punctual and good value.
Coordination stands out on one job, with the various trades needed for a roof, guttering, fascia and eaves replacement organised to fit together at different times so the project wrapped up quickly. The carpentry side of that same job involved fitting the fascia and eaves and joining the roofers on the valley box guttering. Beyond deck building, the feedback points to renovation and repair on established homes, with reliability noted throughout.

Bryce from Bespoke coordinated the various tradies required for the replacement of my roof, guttering fascia & eaves on my 105 year old house. As well as organizing the trades to all work in together at different times to get the job done in a short space of time his carpentry team fitted the fascia & eaves as well as working with the roofers to fit the valley box guttering. I would highly recommend Bespoke Building & Contracting for any work on houses like mine that require that special attention to detail as his team did an exceptional job. I found his rate to be extremely competitive & his team of guys to work well together as well as being friendly & happy to answer any questions along the way.
We have just recently used the team at Bespoke for our house which is a heritage historic home and we found Bryce and his team great to deal with, on time and reliable and value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Linda Appleford
