Reliability and a consistently high standard of finish emerge as the themes running through feedback on this Bunbury carpentry business, with reviewers returning to the same tradespeople across multiple jobs. Various customers describe Cyrus and Ollie as professional and pleasant to deal with, noting that work was explained as it progressed rather than left until completion.

The range of work covered includes a patio measuring roughly eleven metres by three metres that was demolished and rebuilt within two days, a deck where the tradesperson's suggestions for a different approach were welcomed, internal framing with doors and windows installed, and repairs to a pergola alongside installation of a white ant cap on a deck. A point made in several accounts is the neatness of the completed work and the attention to detail, with one client remarking that a door functioned better than it had previously.

Communication from the outset and fair pricing are mentioned repeatedly, as is the speed of the team and the way customers' own ideas were incorporated into the build. Reviewers also highlight the depth of experience on show and the willingness to offer practical solutions and explain what a job requires, with the same clients engaging the business again over successive years.
