Complete Style Joinery

Complete Style Joinery is a Ballarat family business founded in 2008 by Julian Allan, who is the founder and Managing Director. Lachie Simpson is a co-owner, having started as a work experience student and progressed through an apprenticeship. The company employs several apprentices.

It designs, manufactures and installs custom joinery from its own Ballarat workshop, serving Ballarat, Daylesford, Coastal and surrounding regions. The company provides design and 3D planning, drawing projects before they are built, and offers a free measure and quote. Its main services include custom kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, laundries and commercial fit outs.

Complete Style Joinery has earned consistent praise from homeowners commissioning cabinetry for new builds and renovations around Ballarat. The standard of the finished product is the theme that surfaces most often, with kitchens, laundries, bathrooms, shelving, wardrobes and work stations all drawing favourable comment. Several customers describe how care with detail carries through from the design stage to manufacture and final fitting. Lachie is credited with coordinating one project smoothly, while Leon and Reilly are named for their installation work and Pauline for helping to resolve a difficult kitchen layout.

Julian is mentioned frequently as the figure heading a courteous team that works to an agreed timeline and keeps disruption to a minimum. A point made in several accounts is the willingness of staff to go beyond what was expected, whether on a first kitchen or a repeat commission. Customers also remark on how straightforward the process feels and on the clear communication maintained along the way. Because the same team designs, makes and fits the cabinetry and surrounding interior elements, the result is described as consistent, and satisfaction with how the completed joinery looks and functions is expressed repeatedly.
