Eleven Build Co

Eleven Build Co is a family-owned building company formerly known as Goodisson Constructions. Chris Goodisson is Director and Licensed Builder with over 25 years of hands-on construction experience. Jacinda Goodisson is Secretary and Client Liaison. The company services Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Burrum Heads, River Heads and the wider Fraser Coast.

It builds new homes, multi-generational and dual living, renovations and extensions, kitchens and bathrooms, decks and patios, and premium backyard retreats. The company uses natural and recycled timber, including recycled hardwood posts, spotted gum decking, and blackbutt linings. It operates under a fixed-price contract using a QBCC building contract. A defects period is provided during which the company answers the phone. The company's legal entity is Eleven Build Co Pty Ltd.

Several homeowners and renovators around Hervey Bay describe decking and carpentry as the standout work, with eko deck installations mentioned alongside bathrooms, kitchens, carports and pergolas. Chris is the name that recurs most, and the pattern across accounts is clear: a quote explained properly, helpful suggestions offered before work begins, and a finished result that matches expectations. Punctuality comes up regularly, with projects completed when promised and within the figure agreed, including one job that was turned around quickly.

Tidy sites after completion are noted more than once, as is the knowledge behind the advice, with a client mentioning that an idea raised at quoting stage ended up saving money. Communication through the process is described as smooth and easygoing, while the owner is spoken of as approachable and genuinely invested in craftsmanship. His team is likewise called straightforward to have on site. Attention to detail and the standard of workmanship attract comment across carpentry and building projects, and the experience has brought several people back for repeat jobs.
