Fantastic result for our deck. They were extremely professional, timely and efficient. We highly recommend them!
Zhong from DeckSeal did an excellent job at replacing three aging timber posts with new ones for our pergola. The installation of the old posts was substandard, as the posts were placed too close to the soil (which leads to the timber rotting). The new replacement posts been installed properly so that soil will not cause problems, and they look great. Communication was prompt, and he arrived when he said he would and the job took approximately as long as he said it would. He also left our deck and the surrounding area clean and tidy after the work concluded. Thank you again. We appreciate it.
Zhong and his team did a fabulous job in restoring our well worn wooden deck, railing and stairs. His quote was comprehensive and accurately detailed the work to be done. He was prompt to respond to any queries, punctual, and his estimated time frames were accurate. And it now looks like new! I would highly recommend him.
Thank you to Zhong and his team for their excellent work on our deck! Zhong was great at his communication, had great expertise and provided multiple suggestions for the treatment of the deck. The service is also good value for money. We would highly recommend them and will be continuing with them for the ongoing care of our deck.
We had Zhong and his team come out to fix issues with our deck and they were honestly great. Zhong took the time to explain what the problems were and how he’d fix them, and everything he said lined up with what we saw happen. The team turned up when they said they would, communicated clearly, did a really solid job, and left the place tidy. The pricing felt fair and there were no surprises. Would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zhong and his team.
We had 3 quite large decks resealed and Zhong and his team did a fantastic job and while the decks are 20 plus years old they look brand new. His communication was excellent and he completed the work in 3 days. Definitely value for money and I would highly recommend
Zhong’s customer service was brilliant. The job is wonderful and I’m very happy. Would absolutely recommend.
