Homeowners and couples in Mandurah have turned to Peel Carpentry & Renovations for outdoor entertaining areas, home renovations and smaller renovation jobs, with Joshua and his team named in several accounts. Reviews repeatedly praise the quality of the finished work, with customers describing excellent workmanship, neat and tidy sites and no mess left behind. Communication is another point that comes up often, both during the job and in arranging a time that suited the customer. Several reviewers describe the team as helpful with information, and one couple note that Joshua and his crew brought their vision for an outdoor entertaining area to life.

The work spans bathroom and kitchen remodelling, cabinetry and deck building, which matches the services listed for the business. Alongside the positive accounts, a recurring complaint concerns reliability: reviewers describe arranged visits that did not go ahead, promised attendance that did not eventuate and a lack of contact when plans changed, leaving customers waiting without explanation. These accounts describe frustration at time lost and at being unable to reach the team, and they sit alongside the praise for completed renovation and outdoor work.
