Excellent communication and responsiveness, quality craftsmanship, and they did their upmost to get the job done for the way we wanted - and they did it so well! They had great suggestions as we went, helped completely renovate or existing deck, and made it all tie in seamlessly. No question or request was too much. They also helped with some landscaping and additional work to update our window trim. I highly recommend the deck wizard. For such an investment, you want a company that is there for you. Our old deck was falling apart. Richard and his team did an amazing job of fixing what could be fixed, re-using what could be salvaged and replacing the rest. I couldn't be happier with the result.
Richard and his crew have just finished replacing our deck with a fabulous new one, as well as building a screen and replacing an arbour. The workmanship was excellent and they made the whole process very easy. We would certainly recommend them to anyone considering repairs or new builds.
Richard and his team are awesome. Richard went above and beyond for us, managing us going back and forth and going through many changes before finally agreeing on what we wanted. Right from the outset, Richard had a professional and "can do" approach to our unique deck design. Once the work started, Tony worked tirelessly with amazing attention to detail, fitting the decking boards around all the various angles of the house and a rough stone retaining wall. Millimetre perfect and no detail left wanting! The pergola over the BBQ area was also done to a superb standard. Highly recommend Richard and Tony for any of your decking and pergola needs.
